Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a jeans due to incorrect size being delivered. They say I will have to courier it myself and they shall refund the courier charges. I did that and not almost a month I m following up to get the courier amount refunded. I have a chain of 30 emails with ajio customer service and all they have to say is wait we are working on it.. Pathetic is not the word.
