Its because your mobile has already purchased item and they have recorded mobile id. So use New mobile for 2 orders. Same credit card can be used. but every 2 order mobile needs to be changed.

Except address tried with everything new. New device, new mobile number, new card, Only initials of surname and first name same. Only address is same that too little bit changed the way I wrote it. Order is not being processed. doesn’t even go to payment gateway ..
