Yes but ordinary post no guaranteed delivery! But registered or standard shipping sure delivered! As you told singapore post also not getting parcels lost theae days no guaranteed delivery!
I also order from Aliexpress everytime some parcels stucks.If i order 3 item i get 1 it seems customs stealing because my area post man is good every single parcel delivered!
What you order? Because customs guys steal high value shipments only and maybe guys other than postman at the post office may steal it.

Just now got 2 small value parcels from 11.11 sales. I asked the post man for his mobile number but he said he is being transferred and a new guy would be coming from now on 
hope the new one is also got and honest.

My parcel seized by custom bcoz it was a Remote control toy but thankfully AliExpress refunded full money.
I would have lost it if seller had updated latest tracking number but he forgot to update and dispute was given in my favor.
The refund received in just 2 days in credit card but bank charges for currency convert were not reversed .
It was Ali Express standard shipping which favored me to get the refund bcoz seller cannot interfere in refund process if it was shipped through Aliexpress shipping..
So guys always choose Aliexpress standard shipping over other shipping especially if product cost is high bcoz you will be safe if they don’t deliver it..
Guys please do not order any remote control toys especially any flying toy bcoz they will seize it categorizing under Drone even its not a Drone.
They wont release it without WPC or DGCA Noc letter and both these government institution & their officials are very pathetic , they wont entertain your query , Noc letter is far beyond thing.
I had applied for WPC Noc Letter two months ago even before placing order but they just ignored and denied it..
Very hopeless and corrupt people are sitting in WPC department..
Without bribe they wont do.. One official said the letter cost is Rs 10,000.
I was lucky that I got refund due to seller’s mistake but wanted to warn you guys to not repeat my mistake.

AliExpress standard is now by Singapore post so is easily trackable
Seller shipping method is worst
