Routine is monotonous... so its time for some fun again.
I feel proud to introduce you all our very own 'smiley userscripts' that run exclusively on DesiDime.
The scripts lift off your limitation to smiley usage in posts and offer you a huge variety of smileys that you can use in your post/topics/chats/pm etc. So now you all can be as expressive as you always wanted to be 
Those who do not understand what userscripts really are, just consider it to be a kind of code that adds more smileys to your default DesiDime text box. Its very simple to use and does not require any special skills.
The best part is they are 100% optional.
I owe a huge thanks to Admin who helped me all the way through in making the code, since I'm not much of a techie to be honest. Without him this would not have been possible.
The scripts have been designed to be used on firefox, but they are equally compatible with other browsers. We have tested them with Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari on our machines and I will be describing each of them.
So guys here we go....!

I did inform “including so many Smileys would take up most of the screen area when you choose to quick reply” i.e. you will not be able to read comments.
So if you like to read comments while answering, download and use the Optimized Version. It will not show smileys in Quick reply mode.

I am still using Safari only bro, and I tried the last method that you gave and last time I don’t want to complain again as you already your level best to help me with safari. Will switch soon to Firefox after I import all my bookmarks from safari to Mozilla

Got the solution Download both the files i.e. Smiley arena and Smiley arena 2! open chrome://chrome/extensions/ in the new tab and drag and drop the downloaded script of smielys in the that tab Enjoy

Another mega pack with 93 different emoticons. Contains exclusive DesiDime emoticons as well.
View Script | Download (for Firefox) | Download (for other browsers)
You can add this script along with the initial Smiley Arena script to have all the smileys available when you reply.
However, please note that including so many Smileys would take up most of the screen area when you choose to quick reply. (In case you have a smaller screen, the text box might even go beyond the screen area and render unreachable).
If you are of a kind who do not wish to read the message again while replying, it will hardly matter. But in case you feel comfortable the other way, you can install the second variant, the Optimized Version.
The Optimized version will show you the smileys in your full reply mode (reply to topic), while quoting, while using full edit mode and while sending PM (Personal message) but will hide them in ‘quick reply’ and ‘quick edit’ mode. Thus you would be seeing only the default text box when you quick reply or quick edit a post.

You can use any one full version and the other optimized version, both optimized version or both full version… anything that you feel comfortable with.
