Introducing Community Driven Deal Alerts. Active Users in the community can create their own deal alert Subscription channel to which any user can subscribe. Let me explain in Detail….

Create your Own Deal Alert Channel

1) You as a dimer, will bump across some great deals in the forums… These are deals which you love, which you want to share with friends or are loots which your close friends must know…
2) Simply Create your own Deal Channel by going to your profile page. A user can create just one deal channel and give any name/description to it.
3) Now whenever you see a great deal in the forum, simply click “Add to my Channel” and it will be not only added to your channel but will also be emailed as well as SMSed to all your channel subscribers.
4) Get more subscribers by adding the best loots to your channel. Pick wisely so your subscribers, don’t unsubscribe.

Follow Trending Deal Channels

1) As a DesiDimer, if you are always on lookout for deals, you can follow upto 3 best deal channels of your choice. We will obviously give you information about Active Deal channels on a dedicated page.
2) As soon as the Channel host adds the deal to his/her channel, it will be emailed as well as SMSed to you instantly.
3) For Best results, Follow Deal channels of users who are most active in the forum, at various time of the day….

We had noticed that as per our old calculation once the channel became the hottest and went inactive for few days, the channel would still remain on top of the chart.

To give a fair chance to all the channel owners, we will now be calculating hotness of all the channels as per their activity of last 30 days only.

The hottest channel will be the one sharing fastest and the maximum deals in the last 30 days.
