Holding 13 CCs and most of them are beginner ones.

Haven't reached the milestone in life yet where I've high spends so that I can afford premium CCs but in my limited amount of aspiration for CCs, if given the chance, I would love to have the following CCs LTF :

HDFC Infinia - I've been eyeing this for long and was hoping to at least get DCB (LTF) but stuck at Regalia (LTF) till date. In 2020, it was the king of CCs and a rare CC being offered LTF around 2020-21. Has several benefits and even after devaluation, unlimited lounge access using Priority Pass is one in a million benefit it offers.

Axis Reserve - Axis has been doing good in the CC industry lately and this comes as a super premium CC, so, why not have a bite at this instead of Magnus. Although if Magnus is provided LTF, I would love to have that at least. Both Reserve and Magnus covers a lot of things in one place, like reward points can be converted into airmiles, so, no need to have airline carrier specific CCs, offers on dining platforms like Eazydiner, movie tickets etc eliminates the need to hold so many different cards.

Amex Membership Rewards - For the beauty of Amex and the support they offer, aspire to hold this CC for sure in near future.

Not included beginner level CCs as I already have several of them.

P.S. I hold the following CCs - HDFC Regalia (LTF), Tata Neu Infinity RuPay HDFC (LTF), IDFC First Wealth (LTF), Amazon Pay ICICI (LTF), Axis Flipkart (LTF), Citi Rewards, RBL Shoprite (LTF), IndusInd Legend (LTF), ICICI Platinum (LTF), SBI Cashback, Ola Money SBI (to be closed this month), OneCard (LTF), BoB RuPay Premier (LTF)

I didn't research enough for this card, having it only because it's LTF, didn't have any IndusInd Bank credit card and the important most reason behind will be, going forward, will ask them to provide EazyDiner credit card LTF based on Legend LTF.

I've heard it gives accelerated reward points on weekends, you can explore that. Plus, you can get Times Prime membership free for an year before 31st August, 2023 since it's a Visa Signature credit card.

Also, breaks my heart knowing minimum limit is 2 lacs as they provided me 2 lacs limit only after showing 5.5 lacs initially while applying. But anyway, I won't be needing such high credit limit for this CC ever.

Happy Independence day Dimers!!

I am using many of the credit cards since last 7 years. So I am sharing my experience about some of the cards and it's advantages and disadvantages.

1. SCB Ultimate :

One of the most premium card by SCB which gives you 5 rewards (1 points = Rs 1) on each Rs 150 across all the category. So you will get 3.33 % cashback on almost all transactions.

I usually buy Uber Rs 2000 Voucher on reward 360 by using earned reward points .

you will get 6000 points on payment of joining fee / annual fee (5k each). it has other benefits too like international / domestic  lounge access fuel surcharges , currency exchange .

I also got OnePlus earbud as welcome offer.

2. AU Lit : This is a LTF card that I got 1 year ago , It comes with various general benefits but if you do more shopping on Grocery or food orders then you will so much discount on Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy Bigbasket etc.

2ndly it comes with various Adons features Like

  • 5% on every online transaction ( upto INR 500) to activate you need to pay 299 per quarter ( but you can easily earn 1500 / quarter).
  • 10x Reward point on Online transaction ( activation charge Rs 299/ quaterly) I have earned 3000 in this month.
  • 5% on Grocery order (activation 299 / quarterly )

The beauty is for some transaction I can earn all the above 3 adon benefits. so this card is really usefull.

3.HDFC Millenia : This card is also on of the good option if u do more shopping on Amazon , flipkart, Myntra, Tatacliq, Swiggy, Zomato, MakemyTrip etc such website where you will get 5% cashback in the form of reward points.

1 RP = RS 1

you also have benefit of quaterly millestone 1k Amazon voucher on 1 Lakh spent per quarter.

apart from this you will get lounge benefits and other general benefits.

4. Axis My Zone : LTF card  with Domestic lounge access. It gives you best discount on Swiggy. Zomato and Axis bank based discount on Flipkart

5. Citi Reward : LTF card, Good for Citi back based offer and good for Licious offer and some of the grocery orders.

6. SBI Elite :  Good card for Domestic and International Lounges and Many SBI Sale offer in amazon Flipkart and other website . It is chargable card but it gives you voucher also.

7. Amex Travel Platinum :  It's really good for Premium / VIP Lounge access ( I used it mostly in Bangalore Airport for 080 VIP Lounge). It also has good reward points offer on travel which I am not using much. It comes with yearly charges around 3.5 K for which it gives reward points.

8. Icici MakeMyTrip Visa Signature (Only Joining Fees):  Its good for those who does more travelling and booking on MAkeMyTrip it offers MMT BLACK account with lots of benefits apart from it also offers 2 lounges / quarter also DreamsFolk international 1 lounge/ annually and Golf pass.

9.IndusInd Legend Visa signature :  I am also having this card as LTF , not explored much only used for IndusInd specific offers on Grocery website. It comes with various offers too Like Lounge, fuel surcharges waiver attractive Reward points that I haven't use I am using it as backup card.

10.  IDFC Class : LTF card Nothing too special I am using just for IDFC specific offers on online sales and grocery. Although being a salary account holder I deserve much better card and Limit from IDFC but they didnot offered me yet. IDFC Visa Signature (with 2 quaterly lounge and other cashback ) offering more benefits than it's credit card can offer 😀

11. ICICI Coral card (Visa) LTF Free:  This is one of the class card that you get benefit without any charges like  2 Domestic Lounge / quarter , apart from Reward points you will also get Airmiles on this card bydefault.

If you get Rupay Palitium variant of this card as LTF then it best !!

12. KOTAK Zen Visa Signature :  LTF , I recently got this card and used for Flipkart discount on Big Bachat sale, Seems good card from Kotak as a backup and it offers Complimentary Priority Pass Membership along with 3 complimentary Priority Pass International Lounge access in a year. with 8 domestic lounge per year. apart from it offers various reward point offers like 10X  etc. I am using it as a backup card.

13. RBL ShopRite : LTF  I am again using this card as backup card for grocery and Movie booking and RBL specific offers. 5% value back on grocery spend.

10% discount (up to Rs. 100) on your movie tickets at BookMyShow (15 times within a year). I got it recently shop still exploring its benefits.

14. SBI Click (No LTF but I need to spent around 1 lakh for annual fee reversal):

  • You can Earn 10X Reward Points on online spends with  partners : Apollo 24x7/BookMyShow/ Cleartrip/ Dominos/ Eazydiner/ Myntra/ Netmeds/ Yatra
  • Milestone benefits: e-voucher worth Rs.2,000 on annual online spends of Rs.1 Lakh
  • I am using this as backup card specially for Amazon.

14. HSBC Visa Platinum : It's my one of the oldest CC that is LTF card. I am using as a backup card only for offers based on HSBC like on Licious , flipkart , grocery orders etc. It came with some good welcome offer when I got it 6 years ago.

15. Airtel Axis card: (LTF)  I recently got this card and specially for the below offers :

25% Cashback , On Airtel Mobile, Wi-Fi and DTH Payments

10% Cashback  On bigbasket, Swiggy and Zomato.

16.  SBI Simply Save:  It's very much Similar too Simply Click but suitable for Offline transactions .

So, a matter of caution you can use multiple card but keep yourself aware about due dates and timely payments . Use some credit card management app like CRED or CheQ ( 1% cashback for cc payment). And Avoid the habit of Over spent because whatever you are spending is debt for you ! YOU MUST HAVE TO PAY.

Every 6 moths I will review my cards benefits and remove some of the cards which is not much beneficials and put card closure request!!

Well as of 2023, I would say SBI Cashback is pretty amazing. Before that HDFC Millennia held that king position IMHO. I have had limited but still decent success with credit cards but still plan to get better ones. My current portfolio in around 20 months:

• SBI SimplyCLICK Visa - Fees reversed every year
• ICICI Amazon Pay - LTF
• ICICI Visa Platinum - LTF
• ICICI Coral RuPay - LTF
• HDFC Business MoneyBack MasterCard - LTF
• HDFC Tata Neu Infinity RuPay Select - LTF
• OneCard by South Indian Bank Visa Signature - LTF
• RBL Bank SaveMax Visa - LTF
• RBL Bank Duet MasterCard - LTF
• Bank of Baroda Select Visa - LTF
• IDFC First Classic - LTF
• Punjab National Bank RuPay Platinum - LTF
• Yes Bank FinBooster - LTF
• Kotak Zen Visa Signature - LTF
• Kotak League Platinum RuPay - LTF
• Axis My Zone Visa - LTF
• IndusInd Legend Visa Signature - LTF
• Saraswat Bank RuPay Platinum - LTF

All are LTF except SBI. I wish to get SBI Cashback, HDFC Millennia, Axis Flipkart, Kotak Myntra, BOB Snapdeal, AU Xcite, Federal Imperio or Signet, Scapia, SBI Yatra RuPay, Axis Neo, Standard Chartered Platinum Rewards, ICICI MMT Platinum, IDFC First Select

How you manage these many cards 😀, and we can't spend every card in a month. How to maintain all cards to keep active. I have 3 only and applied 4th because of repetitive calls and LTF, now regretting why I applied this..

If you aspire for Centurion then you would need to transfer all your expenses to it to make it worthwhile. Would you be able to sacrifice the offers & discounts on your existing cards?

Airtel Axis, Flipkart Axis and Amazon ICICI all you need.

PS: If you have HDFC Millennia then it's cherry on top.
