What to do now? Amazon not giving me eligible cashback.

So I collected one Amazon reward of rs 1000 and ordered a laptop.
Now customer care denied from giving cashback. He was talking very rudely with me. "Ha toh sir consumer court me chale jaiye" dude wtf?
I told him that I have reward collected and i should receive cashback. The reward was one time per user. And when I try to buy same product it shows cashback.
What to do now? Any other way? I contacted them via phone call.

Have you taken screenshot of cashback showing on payment page ?
First check Terms Conditions and payment method.
Then add proof here for better understanding of the situationnn

even if i check now the page shows 1000 rs cashback for same product same payment method

1000 rs cashback on 29,999k+ laptop purchase.
@TridentDG @Gulag-Survivor The product did not have Amazon packaging, only HP packing. Is there something fishy?
That's not fishy, if the box is intact.
If you have a screenshot of the cashback getting applied at the time checkout (review order) then you can send it to the customer service otherwise you can forget about it. They won't entertain you.
I did not took the screenshot, I just ordered.
Contact customer care again, sometimes you get idiots who are not ready to understand. Try your luck again.
