Unknown Loan account in Cibil (TRANSACTREE)

Showing my cbil side transactree lone amount, but i didn't take any lone from theme, how can clear or contact via please reply me any one please 

Hi I am basavraja 

I showing my cibil transatree 1000 rupee loan but I didn't take any loan past 4years 

I have the same issue as not taken any loan from TRANSACTREE but it is showing sanctioned loan as 30000 and now it is overdue to 37,181 which I have not taken.

It is impacting my CIBIL score and bank is asking for the clearance certificate but I have raised an dispute in CIBIL.com but it has been more than 1 month, the dispute is still opened.

Would you please help me in this situation?

I think TRANSACTREE is nothing but the MOBIKWIK app which is doing fraud by asking for the payment if we are not doing it then they are calling everytime and sending email and then tell us if you didn't do payment then they will send us the legal notice.

Transacted 76243L me 1000 ke do lone hai mujhe paid karna hai pahle bhi sms send kiya par koi jwab nhi mila hai mere civil me dikh rha hai

Mana Abhi Tak koi bhi 5000 ka lone nhi liya hai Lakin ya active dikhata hai jo mare sibil ka liya khrab hai pl close this lone

Pl close this lone  hamna yah lone nhi liya hai isaa abhi close kriya asa koi bhi lone nhi h or ya mare sibil pr show hota hai

Someone miss use my paan detail.... I am seeing one loan amount but this is not taken by me. Kindly help
