Transaction issue on my airtel thanks app

I made payment for LPG gas on 16 June on my airtel thanks app, but the payment was not received by HP Gas. I got a messages after payment that transaction in progress the same will be confirmed within a few moments. It has been 24 hours but I have not got the payment confirmation as the payment was not forwarded by airtel to biller. Contacted airtel he told me transaction got successful from our end contact bank/ biller. We don't hold money only our payment gateway is used. I contacted HP gas they told me no payment was received. Where is payment then? All the three party involved in this transaction saying...
Airtel : payment success from our end
Biller : no payment was received
Axis bank : amount debit from our end. Told me to wait 3 days to dispute the transaction if refund is not come.
I guess amount is still with airtel as whenever we made payments on airtel they send me confirmation message. Till now no confirmation msg was received.

Ask Airtel about BBPS transaction reference number. And ask them to register a complaint in BBPS. Also do ask them complaint number. After your complaint is registered, within 5 days BBPS will provide a solution. I faced same issue in Mobikwik and in my case the payment was refunded in 1.5 day after complaint in BBPS.

Tried with airtel thanks app order id

Tried with axis app transaction id

But not able to click on send otp butoon.

Faced the same for Electricity bill payments in Airtel Thanks app from the time Airtel Axis card launched.

U will get the funds back in Credit card account in 3 r 4 working days.

Try other app to book LPG gas.

I have also used axis airtel credit card for booking lpg for 10% cb. Let see I am getting the refund or not

I also booked a cylinder 2 days back on airtel thanks app using my airtel axis credit card and payment got success but not received at Indane end. I contacted airtel bank and they asked to contact 121 then contacted 121 they asked to contact airtel bank. Not sure what the hell is going on. Fighting with airtel bank on twitter but no help from anyone. I am not sure what to do where to go??

I also booked my LPG cylinder. My money was deducted from airtel axis card but I didn't receive the LPG>

Please help me on this. Airtel Thanks APP is very poor in service.

@Mufasa I also book bharat gas cylinder on airtel app dated 16th Aug but still not recieved any refund. Raised complaint with airtel but no solution. What should I do next?? And in how much time u recieved refund after booking cylinder?
