Don’t have experience with Jio mart. As far as I understand COD doesn’t work that way. He is taking you for a ride. You may be having order number even if it is cancelled. Talk to their customer care and complain against this delivery person. Also you can ask them if their cod orders work the way you experienced. If they say otherwise, you can threaten the delivery person with a fake police case. Please do not take it light. He may be a offender.
