Tech help needed to recover pendrive

I tried to recover even format, but having error :
The type of the file system is RAW.
CHKDSK is not available for raw drives...
Please suggest for this. It's a 8gb verbatim pendrive and last time I had used to make bootable disk. Memory used and free is shown as 0 bytes.
