My father got his tata neu infinity add on ( applied thru netbanking and gave his customer id), it has different card details and is linked to his phone number, verified by doing a 1 Rs Ecom txn and OTP went to his phone.
But The card still shows as dormant status in hdfc mobile banking app and is not being fetched while trying to add to UPI.
