I have Tata neu plus credit card and today received the statement. Neu coins are given for upi transactions upto 31st July but from 1st Aug no rewards.
is it same for anyone?

I only got around 59 coins for cumulative transactions done worth Rs. 5900 in July. But in Aug got nothing for all the upi transactions. This is not 500 capping, may be they have stopped giving rewards on upi transactions .

Merchants are getting charged @ 1.8% + gst for rupay cc via upi for amounts >2000 (verified for paytm and phonepe business), so either merchants will charge 2% over txn amount or disable the mode at their end accordingly. Brace yourself as limited options will be left soon for cc via upi reward options

how long do they take to approve neu card? My application was rejected 6 months ago due to incorrect data entry. It showed again yesterday as LTF and i applied. Being an existing account and card holder it wen through smoothly and is under verification.

Stopped issuing Tata Neu cards by Hdfc. We tried 3 different people with good cibel score but not issued reason not mentioned clearly.

I just received my September statement and can confirm that the UPI rewards are being posted. Also, it seems to be based on the total value of all UPI transactions so you're essentially getting rewarded even for small transactions.
My UPI rewards for August were just short of 500 so I can't confirm if they've started enforcing the 500 cap from this month. But I suspect they have.

No it doesn't let you use Neu coins for bill payments. You can use it on 1mg or big basket or any other tata services - for instance as part payment for Air Asia flight booking, croma or any other shopping.
Regarding other rewards, only Neu coins at the moment. For successful referrals they are running some offer for giving bigbasket ₹500, but nothing else on spends.

They are giving Neu coins for UPI transactions. However, it's in consolidated form. There is no way to understand which transaction gave how many coins or which one didn't. No transparency.

. Let's wait, may be from now onwards they will credit rewards with one month lag similar to what they do in case of other HDFC credit cards.
I dnt know why HDFC give rewards point and neu coins for UPI transactions under 2k.
HDFC and all other banks should stop giving rewards point/cashback on UPI transactions under Rs2000.
