Swiggy not refunding money even after having missing items

Today I have ordered Thali from one restaurant.
That having 3 to 4 items missing but even after sending order photos to swiggy, they denied for refund.
So how to trust swiggy like this?

They taken 29 rupees delivery charges, 5 rupee platform fee, 10 rupees packing charges, 5% extra gst.

And on top of it, no support..
It's completely fraud company.

As far as I can tell, companies' customer service attitude can be summarised as "got your money, ha ha".

Swiggy is really the worst. I've uninstalled the app after having multiple bad experiences and no customer support. It's really frustrating when you have a legitimate problem and there's no one to listen to your concern.

I am also thinking to stop ordering.

Swiggy and zomato both are same now.

Just taking lot of charges and no proper support..

Not helping even in geniune cases.

Will use it only when can't go outside to bring food.

Swiggy & Zomato both have stopped giving any kind of compensation/refund for any issue from a long time ago. This happened because people misused that feature on a very large scale. At the time since they were building their online market so they also spent money like water. 

But when they killed the existing dining market & people became more comfortable in ordering online, and since they already knew how people misused, so they completely stopped the compensation, and due to that genuine cases are also suffering now.

Try sending some pictures, even now they compensate 50% sometimes when they feel it is genuine but it is very rare. Try to scare them by telling that you will put an online case, this might help but chances are low.

Now whether you use the app or not, it won't matter to them unless it is happening at a very large scale which seems unlikely.

I have stopped ordering from swiggy. Had happened twice this year. One in February but I let it go then again in July! Ordered chola bhatoore 2 plates, only cholas came and no chickpea curries, salads. They saw pictures and said they'll tell the restaurant to not do such mistakes again?!! They didn't even bother to send the curry!!

This should be stopped now.
We are paying double money than restaurant and on top of it, so many charges.
So they should provide professional service.

They can see the images of the food alright. So they can verify if we're cheating or not. But they don't care. They don't check our messages at all. They just follow one default option as a solution for all customers which is ridiculous. They refund a default of 100rs or something no matter how much you spent on ur food. And sometimes the food also gets wasted. If you're vegetarian and they gave you non-vegetarian food, then the food goes to garbage. The delivery partners are careless. They first of all don't pick the right order. It's actually their fault but we pay for it.
