Strange calls from international number

For the past three days I am getting call from international number it started with Iran, USA now Nepal. I have blocked all the international number in my caller setting what else I can do

Those are not expected?

Are you sure they are normal PSTN calls and not whatsapp calls? Make sure to block unknown calls in whatsapp

Nepal India calls are too darn unrealistically priced.
Some years back, last I called, it cost some 12-13 rupees a minute.
These calls (if GSM calls to a +91 number) could be using called ID masking, caller ID spoofing softwares which offer VoIP calling services too.
These are unlikely to be those attempts as suggested by you.

I also received call from Myanmar and +8 country code. Did not pick up the call. Not sure scam or what.
