Can anyone please confirm if we can smoothly foreclose / cancel SBI EMI? What are the charges levied for cancellation?

I had heard that HDFC EMI can be canceled with 0 charges. Not sure of SBI EMI cancelation.
Also when exactly to pre-pay?

We have to foreclose the EMI and the charges can be calculated below
1.0354*trx_amt + 199+36

- If I already had 10K outstanding, before making this EMI purchase (of 30K), how much do I need to prepay - 30K or 40K?
- Also when do I need to pre-pay? After the amount gets reflected in account (3-4 days or immediately)?

If you prepay the amount, then it will be automatically cancelled. This is based on feedback from dimers.
I have done the same. Now waiting for it to automatically cancel.
