Sbi debit card Ecom transaction failing

Guys, i enabled Ecom transactions on my sbi debit card an hour back or so. But I see none of Ecom transaction are going though, it's just failing after entering otp.
don't see any error code also. just silent failure with out debit .
any idea why ?

one other observation, I see UPI is also not working on this account.

Did you check the limits & everything? SBI has too many settings for cards. One ON, other OFF, transaction fails.
