Reward redemption handling fee on ICICI Coral credit card

I got a charge of Rs 25 with GST on my lifetime free ICICI Coral credit card even though I haven't redeemed any reward points. Can they do that? Did anyone else get the same charges on their CC? How do I refute this charge?

do you mean payback? I think I have redeemed payback points but don't remember for sure.
