Booked cloths and received diffrent product. At the time of return pickup courier (Delivery) demanded for original booked product. I told them that this return is for product received diffrent then what was ordered. but they refuse to pickup.

It was indeed pri approved by customer care team but courier partner (delivery) always refused. Tried for 3 months to get it replaced but not replaced. Customer care always told wait for bla bla days we will pick up...

Yes, happened with me. You need pre approval from customer care for this type of return. The customer care team will pre-approve your return and after that the delivery guy's app will show confirmed. And they will not bother you.
But for me happened with Myntra and their own delivery service. Don't know about delhivery
