Is this a good one at 18.5K? This is the cheapest I could find with a decent processor with memory. I guess this can handle Win8.1 (upgradable to 10, right?) well. I can’t find this model on listed on Acer India official site, though. Your suggestions please.

Is an original copy of Windows mandatory or necessary for u. If not take a laptop with dos or Linux os installed
