I have closed my credit card but till now NOC not received and I closed in 24 July and in September mail recieved regarding statement.what I have to do.

Yes, ofcourse all banks give NOC for cc after it closing process.

The bank has to close it did you send an email to close or how can you be sure that the request for closure has been taken up.
