Query regarding extension of Shopping Edition Membership

Hello, I currently have Amazon Shopping Edition Membership which is expiring in Jan 2025. Is there any way I can extend it now itself? I see option to upgrade to Prime but didn't find any option to extend Shopping Edition Membership. I have got Prime Voucher balance so want to make use of that by renewing the membership. Please advise.

are you sure? because it's mentioned here that prime voucher can be used to extend Shopping Edition

You can't
Just use after expiry of current membership if your balance added after activation of current membership
