My card will expire in the next year Jan. Does ICICI send a new card? It will still be LTF? Do we need to follow up to get the card or they send on their own?

ICICI will communicate through SMS and email (if both of them updated properly) before sending the new credit card. Mostly, you will get the card with new validity at least one month before.
