Incorporated in 2017, Prizor Viztech Limited provides security and surveillance solutions with a wide range of CCTV cameras for retail, government, education, and infrastructure. In 2022, the company expanded its product line to include televisions, touch panels, and monitors, all sold under its brand name and manufactured by third parties. Additionally, the company offers video management software that provides surveillance features to customers on a single monitor and location.

The company's product portfolio is divided into two main parts:

1. Security and Surveillance Solutions, including network cameras, high-definition analogue cameras, network video recorders, and digital video recorders; and
2. LED televisions, Monitors & Touch Panels.

Prizor Viztech IPO opens for subscription on July 12, 2024 and closes on July 16, 2024. The allotment for the Prizor Viztech IPO is expected to be finalized on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Prizor Viztech IPO will list on NSE SME with tentative listing date fixed as Monday, July 22, 2024.

Prizor Viztech IPO price band is set at ₹82 to ₹87 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 1600 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by retail investors is ₹139,200. The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 2 lots (3,200 shares) amounting to ₹278,400.
