Now I understand why PayZ app is so bad. HDFC won't take up any queries on Pixel credit cards. PayZ have poor budged to pay their developers now they delivered the credit card via India post. Careful with their cash points or other queries if no answer they simply close the ticket no accountability no escalations. It's a rogue app/card.

PayZ Pixel are not supported by HDFC support team. Pixel cards don't even show in their system 😂
Limit transfer se issue hai.. else i wanted to collect this card..
You should be happy it got indeed delivered by Indiapost.
Is it core card which can be used in instant discount?
Yes
Did Indiapos decorate the packet with few tears/dirt etc.? Or sneak peek inside?
They usually do so to add a old rustic vintage feeling to the package. To get high praising feedback from the customer everytime!
Getting an error "Something went wrong. Don't worry Please try again" at the LIMIT transfer stage. Complained to them via the app.
The PayZapp team replied as follows: "As checked internally, your HDFC credit card does not have a transferrable limit. Please apply for the Pixel card again after your current application expires".
W T F, with 1.88L limit and 3 cards - Freedom LTF (core card), Swiggy LTF and Neu ∞ LTF, it's not transferrable? Then asked someone with 6L limit on their HDFC CC and he also getting the same error.
I don't even understand this wording. Have asked again to clarify what they mean by "not a transferrable limit".
Furthermore when I threatened RBI complaint for doing a CIBIL+CRIF enquiry and then such brokenness in the credit card application process, they said "We want to remove the CIBIL enquiry" but no further info on when they will do it. Have asked for a timeline and to remove from CRIF as well.
If certain customers are not eligible "due to no transferrable limit", can't these jerks do checks for this BEFORE they do credit bureau enquiry? The whole Pixel team is a bunch of very bad coders and jerks, poorly built credit card application process and zero respect for the customer.
My advice - there's a reason why HDFC's core credit cards customer care and team doesn't want to entertain customers of this card. PayZapp is a separate vertically integrated subsidiary of HDFC Bank. It's isolated from the rest of the bank so expect below sub-par support for those products.
Does the 6 L person also has two co-branded cards if so that might be the issue need to close one of them or if there is outstanding amount. For me it showed total limit minus 27k outstanding as transferable amount. You can check the formula in FAQ. How to complain to RBI? PayZ is not present under NBFC if you file against HDFC they will close it right away. Like I said this is a rogue app.
India post good and not good. They are trying to upgrade but there is still much work to be done
