Anybody got their refund?
I tried to contact both Billdesk and Payback. Payback is saying money is with Billdesk and Billdesk is saying that they have not received any payment
Any idea what do next to get the money back?
Ask payback for upi transaction details. ref no, their upi id.
then raise complaint with npci might be the last resort.
But may be npci rejects because , we can’t raise complaint behalf of payback.
upi id would be payback at pe . their bank. etc.
So, don’t know what’d be the reply
Whom to contact, payback, billdesk or bank?
Or just directly raise chargeback?
Payback is not giving proper responses
