Too much restriction category. Very few MCC code supported for 5% Cashback on HDFC Swiggy credit card. Also Capping of Rs.1500 per billing per cycle.

Yes, You can apply it directly through hdfc website.
Yes, You can check imobile app > cards and forex section, it will show you pre-approved card limit, variants and fee, if LTF then "nil" joining and annual fee, with instant card generation msg. For all pre approved card and loan etc offers, there is dedicated section as well under imobile "pre-approved offers".
