I am highly against learning from dumps just for certification . Read your module thoroughly &  understand the concepts before getting into these dumps . 

Honestly , certification is only helpful when they want to show customers number of certified professional to the client . I know people who have multiple module certification but no knowledge

Try examtopics.com it works well for Azure cloud certification not sure about SAP certs. They intentionally marked the wrong answers, you need to read through the comments for correct answers often marked with justification, this way if you have limited knowledge you will learn more and also understand the question pattern, win-win!
