Need help. my money stucked in upi.

Hello friends, on June 10 at 8:50am i tried to load my SBI digital e rupee wallet through other upi app(phone pe) . The bank from where I did the transaction was NSDl payments bank. Money debited successfully. But on my wallet it showed failed. I have attached the screenshot below.

Try to file dispute with bank with reason merchant and beneficiary denying that they have received the payment.
