A stranger told me that he lost his wallet. asked me money for help .he send me his aadhar card ,voter id card on WhatsApp. I have phonepe UPI him to his bank account. But Now when I called him, his phone in incoming is blocked. But at morning he called from his number.
Now ,I have called him and as well as WhatsApp call. His incoming is not active and whatsapp is not picking up.
What can I do now..??. I know may be he fooled me. But may be he genuine.
What step I can take now to recover my money.

Most Important Thing: Mentioned Exact What Happened in All these Places So, Maybe thing Works and you get your money back.
And case will be partly solved😃.
Maybe the 'borrower' (conman) would come and surrender to police and then it would be 'completely' solved.
sorry for your loss but dude even if your close friend asks for help you need to think twice these days and you are saying its a stranger and that too if you had transferred 100 or max 200 you can ignore it as a donation but 3k which I doubt even the amabanis' wouldn't donate... so is that person really a stranger in the first place?👮 (detective mode)

Go ahead when the official complaint. He may have read this thread and may have wanted you to delay the chargeback. If he really returned the money after whatever time, just withdraw the complaint.
No matter what, don't feel bad for what happened. It could have happened with anyone. Anyone could become a victim under the right circumstances. Forget the money (that you may or may not recover). Just don't feel bad and move on in life.
You have already got a lot of good karma by sharing the incident. You will get your money back directly or indirectly.
Just be strong and move on.
I am sorry to say but how could you send 3000 to a stranger ? Here we fight with companies with even 3 Rs cashback.
This is more common. You can't do nothing about it. Just move on.

bro you should hand over your bank account to your wife or your mother you are not good with money.
lets just focus on this first and just do everything with cash as you can empty your digital wallet in minutes
tell your mom / wife etc to give you fix cash every day you will live happy for life.
Bro if u have transferred 3000 in good cause and got scammed then my suggestion is to go ahead.
No need to think and spend more on this 3000 else I will loose ur cool mind also for some day.
