Myntra Fraud

I ordered Vmart trousers for my six year old son and ordered one size larger because Vmart sizes are smaller than other brands. Trousers got delivered but they were short even after ordering one size larger. The product was non returnable and the only exchange option was available. I tried to place an exchange but it gave me an error that "this pincode isn't serviceable". I have been ordering from Myntra for a long time and return and pickup is available for my pincode. I contacted customer care and they gave me a solution that you should go to another city where pickup service is available. I denied because it doesn't make any sense and why would anyone go to another city for an item worth Rs. 400/-. And the worst part is that even Delhi and Dehradun pincode are not serviceable for this product. I asked for a better resolution from them but their customer care executive misbehaved with me and disconnected the call. This is just an unbelievably bad experience from a reputed shopping platform. This is nothing more than a fraud from Myntra and their seller Vmart.
