Nice gesture!
It’s pure pleasure to see the excitement & gleam of anticipation in kid’s eyes as chakris & anar are lighted. Though I didn’t spend any thing on crackers but it was priceless seeing reaction of the neighbours kids. Will spend money next year for kids to observe the same reactions.
Spent 2.5k, nephew was at home, so had fun after quite sometime.
70 rs for my kid phuljhadi.. baki lighting me 2k plus ho gaya spend.. mombato light decoration etc..
Ek waqt tha jab 5k plus phodete the competition me.. bachpan gaya shauk gaya..
Ab chhath ki taiyari..

My mother who is asthamatic had lots of problem last night after diwali crackers. She never had that much breathing trouble on other days due to pollution caused by vehicles and fossil fuels. This country has become full of intolerant morons who only have become aggressive on pretext of the notion that Hindu Khatre me hai and Hindu religion is the target.They have stopped being symapathetic to the concerns of others. Giving logic of – Dont use cars, dont use electricity only shows the moral bankruptcy of Indians.Cars and Electricity doesnt leads to a sudden spike in harmful toxins in the air. Moreover Cars and Electricity are not a luxury. Anywasys, i know people who have become blind on the name of Dharm ki rakhsha will never understand that.
These people will understand once thier loved ones face trouble due to thick smoke. When someone who is asthamatic will gasp for breathe. Then i hope they will burst all their crackers .
I second you. By burning crackers, they are polluting a common good(air). And when you object this, they will do whataboutery- Why not complain in Bakrid, why not complain in christmas.

Maine 5 din phle hin apne gaon pe 250 plant lagwaya hun, itna ped kafi hai mere fireCracks se hue pollution ko refine krne k liye 🙂

Irony is that in childhood we were taught in schools that Diwali is a festival of lights and we should not burst crackers but saying the same thing now has become anti-religion.
