MF Order delayed by Discount Broker App

The discount broker app made two days delay in placing the order. I place at 2:10 AM through UPI mode order cut off was 2:30 PM same day. Initially they asked to check with BSE but BSE replied to check with the app. Later they made up funds not received from bank. I shared statement and reply from bank debit and remit was done on same day. They keep trying to blame someone but won't admit they messed up. To whom should I report in this case?

I place it at 2:00 AM one order was placed other two were not placed
