MEESHO FRAUD : Marked delivered without OTP

Hi everyone,
Recently I bought kitchen accessories for ₹120 prepaid order. And its showing delivered, I raised a complaint regarding this and customer care said, you have already shared the OTP so we cannot do anything, and closed the case.
But I neither got any call from the courier guy, nor I shared the OTP to anyone. How could this happen. It was just ₹120 product so I ignored it. Has anyone faced the same experience with MEESHO ?

Example of such courier companies, I have seen delivery guys giving product before getting otp if the user is someone they know well enough & often deliver order to that address but for a otp delivery the otp must be entered to mark it as delivered.

Delhivery has its own app, which is useful for contacting the courier guy or raising a complaint.

Only tried it once & it never connected to the delivery person.

have seen other courier company guys delivering products without asking for otps these days. this makes having otp useless.
