Even having so much experience with amazon ordering nowadays, I can not connect with support easily it takes lots of step and time to connect and even after taking with support results are useless
Now think of normal user or newbie
We must take this seriously and raise our voice social media for each big sites Amazon,flipkat,Myntra and more

For more information you can file an RTI or petition in court .
