As you are already aware, that SMS Outgoing has been Stopped by these Telcos Like Vi, Airtel! I am gonna List out Plans, Officially taken From Vi Website and Airtel Website to meet authenticity.

Note- Smart Pack Recharges/Chhota Recharge or Packs Like Rs.49 will not work also Data Booster Like Rs.48 will Only work if you have an existing Active Pack Only case with Airtel. Currently, as of Now, Vi is Giving Separate Validity to their Data Booster Packs I Personally Checked, Also, TT Plan cant allow to Send SMS.

Vi Recharge Plans:- These are the Minimum Packs to Send “SMS”/Outgoing SMS

Rs.129 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 2GB Data + 300 SMS. Pack Validity – 24 Days, Service Validity- 24 Days.

Rs.148 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 1GB/Day + 100SMS/Day. Pack Validity – 18 days,Service Validity- 18 Days

Rs.149 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 2GB Data (1GB Extra On Recharging Via Vi App) + 300 SMS. Pack Validity – 28 Days,Service Validity- 28 Days;Vi Movies & TV Basic access

Rs.379 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 6GB Data + 1000 SMS. Pack Validity for 84 Days,Service Validity- 84 Days ;Vi Movies & TV Basic access.

Plans Can be used to Keep your SIM Active/SmartPacks(Only Vi Gives Validity as of 07/07/21, Airtel Doesn’t). (If user Prefers No Outgoing SMS)

Rs.49 PLAN – Rs 38 Limited validity Talktime, Local/National Calls at 2.5p/sec and 100 MB Data. No Outgoing SMS. Pack Valid for 28 Days, Service Validity 28 Days.

Rs,64 PLAN – Get Rs 64 Limited Validity Talktime, Local/National Calls at 1p/sec and 200 MB Data. No Outgoing SMS. Pack Valid for 28 Days.Service Validity 28 Days (This just has Extra TT and 100MB Extra Data Compared to Rs.49 Plan)

Airtel Recharge Plans:-These are the Minimum Packs to Send “SMS”/Outgoing SMS

Rs.129 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 1GB Data + 300 SMS. Pack Validity – 24 Days, Service Validity- 24 Days

Rs.379 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls + 6GB Data + 900 SMS. Pack Validity for 84 Days,Service Validity- 84 Days

Plans Can be used to Keep your SIM Active/SmartPacks(Only Vi Gives Validity as of 07/07/21, Airtel Doesn’t). (If user Prefers No Outgoing SMS)

Rs.19 PLAN – Get Unlimited Calls, 200 MB data for 2 days, Service Validity – 2 Days

Rs.49 PLAN- Rs 38.52 for 28 days at 2.5p/sec local & STD calls with 100 MB data.No outgoing SMS.Service Validity -28 Days

Rs.79 PLAN – Rs 64 valid for 28 days at 60p/min local & STD calls with 200 MB data.No outgoing SMS.,Service Validity- 28 Days

Verdict- I am not Mentioning Jio here, as Jio Gives Free Incoming Validity on all Expired Plans (Jio doesn’t have any Smartpack Plans or so) and to Send SMS you need to Recharge with their Unlimited Plans just Like Vi, Airtel

All these Telcos wants more revenue from you and they think users should start using Our SIM and Services as Primary that’s why they are Hiking the Prices.

Updated on Nov 2021: Vi network not providing service validity for the pack ₹19. (dont recharge by thinking it will give service validity) But Airtel is providing service validity for ₹19 (Only 2 days outgoing & incoming, No incoming & outgoing after 2 days) No outgoing sms on both.

I have accumulated 160 balance in my vodafone prepaid. Now is it possible to choose any plan upto 160 and activate it from my main balance? I think last month automatically 129 was deducted from main balance and 129 plan got activated.

This time I want to activate 155 plan (24days) instead of 129 plan (18days).
