only thing FK have succeeded (for them) is their Open Box Delivery as its reaping benefits for them as no way one can i.e. in this case OP could have asked the delivery person to switch on the monitor, check for dead pixels etc and then give the OTP so clearly a fraud strategy by FK as they are not ready to help the customer as asking to check with manufacturer (escaping after taking the money and they will argue they are just a platform and its the seller/manufacture's job now to answer the customer if under warranty) and making us to go back to good old days of visiting offline shops, try the products and buy it 😌

Bought a 27 Inch Lenovo monitor from flipkart.com and it was doa.
Delivery guy did a shady job, he just opened, shown the screen and left. Didn't switch it on.
I had contacted Lenovo (since im supposed to contact the manufacturer) and they sent a person after 2 weeks. He sealed it and Lenovo cc gave a doa. It's 1 month today after placing the order.
I had lost my patience and told i need the refund immediately, asked them to take the monitor asap, where they said it will again take 13 to 14 days.
I said that's not happening because i wont be available at this address that time.
For refund i was askd to contact flipkart, along with the doa certificate. But flipkart was not able to help. They later raised an incident for me (which I'm unable to track in my account) and no one called me back, it's eta is over.
I bought this from my primary flipkart account.
What are the chances of my account getting block if i raise a chargeback?
What are my options to get a quick refund.

only option or source that can help you is the court as could see more/similar news popping up frequently, below one where a wrong product was delivered and for that itself they have ignored the customer for a long time 😡
Consumer court is about 35 km away one side. I don't mind filing a case and representing myself, wr did that for a real estate fraud and did win too. But my house construction is happening and there are more priority things. Mostly I'll have to file, but will do a chargeback first.
I would really like to have my fk account in tact, if possible, hence not ao confident. But to get the money back if that's the only way or mch, will do so.

Lenovo is terribly slow and their employees are least bothered because the system is such that seniors don't check much on their juniors tasks.
Would suggest to file complaint on pgportal and keep lenovo pressurised by writing on social media Or trying to reach their senior team directly by some other means
Complain on national consumer forum. They will replace the product as you got DOA.
I'm not looking for a replacement since i don't trust Lenovo anymore. They lack coordination and hence it got delayed.
Even recently i saw a post where Lenovo took back the produc and didn't refund after many mths.
So even if they agree to refund, i really doubt if they would do that.
Such a shameless team it is. Despite following up several time they still say another 14 days.
Im puttinte pressure on flipkart, will wait till Monday and have a chargeback done. May be end of shopping online or at least on flipkart.
OBD is only applicable for physical damage checks, verify same product as ordered is delivered. No delivery person or company allows you to open the box, test it's working, dead pixels etc.

Agree, this is True, it's to make sure that im receiving the right product and has no damage.
But if it was tested, i would have returned it immediately, because it doa and i can't go through the hassles of service center replacement.

Eventually, Lenovo generated a pickup after around 13 days, meanwhile i had tweeted tagging flipkart. Flipkart response was faster but the person who was following up my case wasn't at work and hence got delayed. I abused both fk n Lenovo immediately i got a call from fk and next day they approved the return. After a day the same guy who delivered the faulty monitor picked it up. Bluedart pickup from Lenovo was canceled later.
I preferred fk return since Lenovo are crook and might not refund easily.
I can even create a chargeback against flipkart.com if they fail to refund.
Im yet to check my statement to make sure it's refunded.
Almost 40 or 45 days they got my money to circulate.
