Now what should I do all my money is in the account my loan emi and credit card bills are coming and account is frozen

By the way guys i have 1.5 lakhs of fixed deposit in kotak account will there be any problem with fd i am a bit scared because when i visit fd page in app there is 1.5 lakh fd but when I click fd it says account list is empty for given crn and I have 2 credit card in kotak those 2 are working
Trying to escalate complaint i didn't visit branch on Monday waiting for Twitter complaint resolution if they didn't solve issue I will escalate it to nodal officer as i have done nothing wrong so I am planning to take this complaint to highest level if they don't resolve
Today I visited my nearest branch not home branch, RM of that branch said I need to reach home branch but I said I can't the he said you need to upgrad your 811 account to 10K MAB a/c and buy health policy of 3K so I am mailing your mail asking to forward those mail which my branch received regarding debit block of Spendz account and he said you need to close that account and use savings account with 10K MAB so whenever they respond me I will contact you
Around 3pm Recieved call from kotak social media team i explained to them about my issue after about 2hrs at 5pm received call from bank branch they asked me to submit the documents they returned earlier on Friday will visit branch tomorrow to submit documents
Today afternoon around 1pm i submitted the documents and now on 7:30pm i received message We wish to inform you that the status of your A/c XXXX has been changed from Debit Freeze to No Freeze on 13-03-2024 Kotak Bank
Thanks to Kotak social media team escalation my issue got resolved
I already said that social media works in these kind of issues after that RM talks like there was nothing happened 😂 thanks for the update now I understand why RM of Delhi branch was taking politely bcoz during I was telling him my issue i mentioned i reached there after contacting on Twitter they instructed me to reach any nearest branch 😂

Seems to be the Risk Containment Unit. I doubt that any help in this regard can be provided in the branch.

Guys my kotak upi has also been unblocked it took me nearly 1 month that's 27 days exactly to get this resolved I had to escalate my issue to highest level 3 principal nodal officer to get my UPI unblocked it took long time in between escalations I was planning to go to rbi ombudsman if my UPI issue was not resolved in 30 days
