JioPhone Data Add On Recharge of ₹ 26 Provides Service validity ?

Hi all those JioPhone users out there, can you confirm if the data pack say like ₹26 recharge where you get a 2GB of data for 28 days validity provides the service validity if not outgoing calls and SMS but atleast for incoming calls and messages ? or ones needs the active validity plans like those of ₹ 91 to avail these data plans ?
It would be real inexpensive way to keep a mobile number active if this works, can any JioPhone user confirm. Thanks in advance.

Hi, so you only recharge with ₹26 per month ? and no other recharges ? If so can you confirm -
- If you can receive calls and SMS including OTP messages ?
- Can you make outgoing voice calls if you recharge with talktime recharge like say ₹10 ?
