It's my 30th birthday today and that F.R.I.E.N.D.S episode hit me so-so hard

Birthdays never excited me much as from beginning I've studied in boarding school and never really had that kind of celebration and all. Birthdays have started to pinch me a lot as there's no control over growing old. I remembered that episode from F.R.I.E.N.D.S where everyone recalled turning 30 and now I feel what it's like.
Lately, I haven't been doing great in life, both personal and professional. Things haven't been in my control and it has been a dense and lonely phase.
At the end of the day, I spend some half an hour or so on Desidime and it has been a good journey so far. I've personal interest in Fintech, so, it's a bit of learning and giving back to the community. It feels good here and I shall continue to contribute in whatever way I can.

Eventually, it's a part of the life which cannot be stopped.
I've the same feeling since i turned 28. Now I'm in my 30s and don't even bother about it. Biggest change was having a baby. Baby makes you forget all of life's problems.
