Is there any way to get other new credit card in place of existing credit card , without effecting my cibil history age?

Since axis keeps different accounts for different cards, I don't think you can get a new card without affecting the account age unless it's offered as an upgrade.
Don't apply for a new card if that is important to you. Call them and ask for an upgrade, or check the app for card upgrade offers.
