Irctc Payment deducted but ticket not booked

Tried multiple times from morning to book 6 tickets. But everytime payment getting deducted and not able to book ticked. 3 times amount deducted till now.
After how many days they will refund the amount?
And what's the solution for this payment failure.
Everytime after payment gets deducted they show unable to retrieve data. 🤡😒

@Cardboard When was the last time you tried to book a ticket. I guess the server was down due to heavy traffic. Coz Paytm, Mobikwik or anyother app, everyone route you up to the IRCTC server.

Bro tried at 4 pm also but failed.
Now recieved the message about refund processed from irctc and recived one in upi account also. Rest 2 will also be credited in cc .
