I need a table fan please suggest which one is better

Buy any from branded companies like Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Anchor, etc. which fits within your budget. Avoid no-name, cheap ones.

I have an Anchor one, bought for approx. 2000/- around 8-10 month ago. I use this for about 3-4 hours every day six days a week. Still going great. If possible, buy locally, you will find better prices than online.

all 2.2k to 3k ones from Havells, bajaj, usha, Crompton etc are the same fan just like moto nokia etc tv so which ever has a service centre in your city and is cheapest you can buy. 

i bought one from a local havells supplier cost the same as online with discount but didn't had to wait for shipping and installation/ assembly and in case of any issues in few months they handle after that it's service centre in both case. 

for a higher budget there is atomberg one

for extreme speed with extreme noise you can buy farata fans from activa etc brands ones with pointy blades above havells etc  have rounded turbine like blades so are mostly silent with good speed and flow.
