How to take legal action online against websites such as Park+?
Hi Dimers,
I posted a while ago my topic related to Park+ refund which has been delayed for over 5+ months.
They accepted 2 weeks ago that the bill payment failed at their end and they have processed refund which I should receive in 5-7 days. But it's been 2 weeks and they again aren't replying.

I am really frustrated with them.
Can you guys please guide me any online portal (Consumer forum etc.) where I can file a case against them (doesn't matter the legal cost) and doesn't require me presence in any local court?
I don't have any prior experience, thus please share your experience or help content which I can follow.

If they processed refund then ask for Refund Reference number and date and share that with your bank using which you did the transaction.
If they can't provide you refund Reference number then write to RBI Ombudsman and CPGRAMS.
It's possible that they will process refund after chasing further. They already shared 2 false RRNs before, so they could very well share the 3rd incorrect RRN and again 1 more month will be wasted in going back and forth with bank and Park+.
It's not about refund anymore, I want compensation in order to teach them a lesson. I am willing to pay legal fee as well and give some time to the legal process.
Not sure if the NCH or RBI Ombudsman only help with the refund or they consider compensation as well as part of complaints. Could you please share if they do, then I will file the case?
Also, is it possible that if I get the refund in a few days and still be able to raise legal notice for the mental harrassment for compensation?

Yes RBI helps in compensation as well. There is a dedicated field for writing up the compensation amount while filling the complaint form.

Step 1: raise issue on the NAtional Consumer Helpline
Step 2: if no resolution is provided, then send legal notice
