how to request jio priority call back on postpaid

Update - not sure how to delete this question anyway if you click jio care option you will see 3 options under it and select Instant call back and you will receive a call in 5-10seconds!
(postpaid users) Any idea how to request for a call back through the app for jio customer care ? I searched everywhere and was unable to find it.. calling directly puts in a huge queue and doesn't respond quickly
