How to waive of Airtel Axis Bank Credit card fee without closing the card

Hello Guys,
I have an Airtel Axis bank credit card with an annual fee of Rs 500 + 90 (GST) = 590 Rs. I'd like to know how I can remove this price and request that customer service remove it. Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated!

You are supposed to earn cashback and pay little portion as fee to Axis bank for renewing the card. You can't have 100% amount you earn from it. If you are not making spends then close it.
