In Last month statement total amount due was Rs. 12191. But I mistakenly paid Rs 12139. 52 rupees less.
Now in this month statement SBI charged me finance charge of 935.6.
Pl tell me if this can be waived and how.

In app also u will find the option to waive off charges.

Yes,it can be waived off if u have paid ur bills on time in the past 6 months.Call customer care and tell them it happened by mistake and you have paid bills regularly in the past.They will waive off charges(It happened with me in the past)
