How to check Amazon Cashback.

We know that sometimes Amazon gives cashback after the order is shipped, but how to check if order has been placed with cashback.

Cashback was also showing at the payment checkout page and even at order confirmation page. But neither its showing offer as redeemed nor showing Cashback applicable on chat option.

Actually I placed an order in fashion category where 10% upto ₹500 cashback was applicable.
I added items worth ₹ 5200 and used SBI DC to get additional 10% instant discount.

CB will be received once product is shipped, before that there is no checking.

CB will be received once product is shipped, before that there is no checking, except relying on the system and cross-checking with the customer care if THEY can see that on the order and having them annotate the same on the order (and possibly also confirm it via a hand typed e-mail, pre-drafted 'blurb'.. e-mail)?

t hasn't happened to me in a long time, but whenever I used to call Amazon customer care in the case of cashback not being credited, they always asked me to share screenshot of the offer and its t&c too. So, I used to screenshot it all, thankfully it works well these days but I still always take screenshot of the payment page.

So don't worry, you'll get the cashback as soon as the order is shipped, and the reward will then be marked as redeemed too.

that screenshot thing has infuriated me no end, especially when it is their way of acknowledging that our dumb systems are designed by our incompetent people..

thus when they err like this, we rely on YOU
to bring to our notice.. what the offer was and then we try to find it backwards.

Instead of me sending them ANYthing (even a screenshot), I usually relied on and pressed for THEM to send me the complete Terms and conditions (not the FAQs, but the T and C)..before I ever place any order.

At most to pacify or convince the agents, managers into e-mailing me.. I would coach them to add a line or reo in the beginning of the e-mail that this offer is only available to select users (or that the reward is only available to those who collected it) and then give the title/name of the offer, along with the copy-pasted terms and conditions.

In this way, I had legal proof of them being aware or their systems showing so and so offer or reward.

Then if they ask for any screenshot, I wpuld at-most share the screenshot of the 'reward'/'coupon' collected screen.
For the rest of the offer, I directed them to the e-mail which their own teams had sent earlier.

Not all products eligible for cashback, but if u can see " save 300 as cashback" during checkout then u will surely get as it is system generated.

yes its credited, Actually i wanted to check if order is tagged with CB or not.

what i observed is that.. if all the items are amazon fulfilled then CB is immediate and if any of the item is not fulfilled then its after shipping.
