Help needed RBL Debit frozen my bank account

RBL has Debit frozen my account without any sms or email
Account created on August last 2023
Started doing transaction from September
Made total 180 credit trnx and 54 debit since creation of account
When I visited my home branch when he heard my account is blocked he started saying close your account he is rigid at his saying close the account and we will mark your profile with some negative marking so that I can't open account again at RBL. and he was interested in how much balance i am maintaning in my another Savings accounts and then said we don't have event 10K in our accounts how you do you have. Balance in my account is 95K only I opened account with student profile but I employed this year January but I haven't told them that I am employed.
even I tried requesting Head of branch but he without listening me supporting him
I tried escalating it to CS, X, RNO and PNO
recieved reply from X as per our internal conversation with Branch we can't help you out
I asked so I have to close my account he clearly said visit the branch and whatever they are asking you to do do
Please guide me now what can I do.
I have all the proofs of my income and spends. Please help please I don't want to close the account

Calling PNO banking number they connecting with credit card then he provided banking PNO which busy all the time😡
Your savings account must be having high turnover due to upi transactions and their system flagged these transactions as business transactions. Best is to close your account and avoid frequent high value upi transactions in savings accounts.
No brother transaction are only under 5K but yes in same date 5-6 credit but maximum 20-25 per month may be this is the reason
They should have listened when you are interested in explaining all txns with proof. Bad behaviour from the bank.
Better to close the account with such branch and bank.
Kick them move to new bank.
They were also saying close the account and move to another bank but not RBL
i also received notice from au bank that they are going to close my savings account. like u, i also made 20-25 upi transaction per month, but i wasnt keeping any money. i tried calling the bank, emailing cs nodal but no one was ready to give the actual reason for account closure. so i decided not to fight for this account, as i will always be scared to keep money as they might close without any intimation in the future.
anyway, in the new bank, I have planned
1. to keep the money as long as possible
2. never use UPI,
3. use only one high reward rupay credit card and pay the bill with debit card
and pray that atleast now banks don't close my new account
Just fyi for future reference, never open a premium tier bank acc as "student". If student then only open cheapest lowest tier bank acc preferably advertised for students like BoB BRO student savings account.
Recieved call from RNO they said branch don't want to continue your account and it's their decision we can't do anything
I have Submitted my application for account closure also
Using union bank for same never had a trouble

I received call from branch that there is a request from police station to freeze my account
Ask copy of that request. Without copy, reason can't be ascertained.

There is some fraud has been happened IDFC FIRST BANK filed several complaints at cyber portal and then RBL Bank frozen all those accounts
Issue started from livquik coupl gosats all uses livquik
And all those users who have transferred money for Coupl facing same issues
So be cautious
In my case victim is of some gramin Bank account holder and from his account amount transfer to coupl then fraudsters transfered some where else and innocent users became culprits of cyber portal
why use shit bank ,go for only top banks
