End of an era: 2019 - 2024.
From what I could find via Google News and past articles, HDFC Millennia launched in August 2019 on Mastercard only initially apparently, after Amazon Pay ICICI launched in Nov 2018 and Flipkart Axis launched in July 2019. And while those two have not been devalued for its CORE reward offering (5% unlimited on Amazon and 5% unlimited on Flipkart), Millennia is now getting second-class treatment.
They already take processing fee on SmartBuy for Amazon Pay voucher and now ₹50+GST for points redemption. Millennia devaluation has begun

Is there a limit on how many cashpoints we can accumulate? I know we can only redeem 3000 points in calendar month, but what about how much we can have maximum?

Reward Points/CashPoints are valid only for 2 years from the date of accumulation. e.g.: - if you have received Reward Points in the month of May 2015, then the same will expire in May 2017

yes, max 3000 cashpoints in a calendar month and minimum CashPoint balance required for redemption against the statement balance is 500 CashPoints
